Do you provide interpreting equipment and booths?
Yes. We deliver and manage soundproof interpreter booths, transmitters, headsets, and receivers for attendees, with on-site technicians handling setup, sound checks, and live support. We can also work with equipment your venue already provides.
Should my event use simultaneous or consecutive interpreting?
Both are offered. Simultaneous interpreting works best for large multilingual audiences and keynote sessions where the program flows in real time. Consecutive interpreting fits panels, Q&A, smaller working sessions, and bilingual meetings. How many interpreters do you need per language for a full day?
Simultaneous interpreting is mentally demanding, so a full day in a single language pair typically requires two interpreters per language who rotate to maintain accuracy. We confirm the exact team size once we know your schedule, session length, and number of language pairs.
Can you support virtual and hybrid events?
Yes. We provide remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) for webinars, hybrid conferences, and virtual summits. Interpreted audio channels are delivered through your streaming or meeting platform so remote attendees hear every session in their language.
